We are in search of a dynamic and skilled Sr.
Controller to join our finance team in the casino industry.
This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, including Casino Accounting, Casino Audit, and Casino System Experience.
The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in casino accounting, financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
This role requires a strong leader with the ability to streamline department operations and improve financial performance.

Responsibilities:
1.
Oversee all aspects of financial management, including Casino Accounting, Casino Audit, and Casino System Experience.
2.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
3.
Manage the general ledger, ensuring all financial information is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
4.
Develop and implement financial strategies, including budgeting and forecasting, to optimize company profitability.
5.
Collaborate with the gaming management team to optimize financial operations and improve overall business performance.
6.
Conduct regular audits to ensure financial operations are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
7.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
8.
Utilize Great Plains Accounting Software for all financial operations and reporting.
9.
Provide financial advice and guidance to the senior management team, helping to drive business strategy and growth.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A Master's degree or CPA is a plus.
2.
Minimum of 5
years of experience in a senior financial management role in the gamin industry, preferably in the casino industry.
3.
Proven experience in Casino Accounting, Casino Audit, and Casino System 4.
Tribal gaming industry experience is a plus.
