Chief Nursing Officer (Full Time) **NO RECRUITERS PLEASE**

Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operations of Nursing/Patient Care Services. Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards as it relates to the care provided to all age groups of patients ranging from neonate to geriatric. Maintaining required compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations laws, standards, and protocols. Has responsibility, authority and accountability for nursing practice and assures competency of all nursing personnel. Assists in formulating the budget and maintains efficient and effective departmental operations.
Regulatory/Educational Requirements:
MSN required.
Current state Registered Nurse Licensure, within state of Colorado.
Minimum of eight to ten years of clinical experience.
Critical Care Nursing experience preferred.
Minimum five years in patient care services management required.
Prior hospital administrative experience preferred.
Language Skills:
Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Additional languages preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Skills:
Advanced computer skills and proficient in all Microsoft Office products (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.).
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to determine appropriate course of action in more complex situations.
Ability to work independently, exercise creativity, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude.
Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling of work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information.
Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
